How-to-cook-chinese-in-the-hotel

I tapau food back to the Hotel everyday... and as usual... the food is pretty much short on veggies... so basically juz made up my mind to "cook" some veggie dish IN the hotel... :)
First u need the veggie... you can buy ready made all cut lettuce... which they call iceberg lettuce over here and mix it with some freshly cut onions (this is taken from an indian shop which give an onion-tomato spiced mix kinda side dish)...

Main ingredients...
Put the veggies in a tupperware and pour boiling water over it and leave it for a few minutes... afterwards drain the water out... and put the following so-called-oyster-sauce and garlic "juice"...

Seasoning?...

For a complete meal... open a can of mackeral and instant noodles... and hey presto... a complete meal... haha...Chinese food wannabe...

The end result.... the veggie was... hmmmm... edible... the oyster sauce seem more sweet than saltish... the canned mackeral was OK... can't expect much of it... the instant noodles... let me juz say the Brits know nuts abt good maggi mee... :P
